Acquire BPO is currently looking for Senior Manager, CSM to support us, RingCentral.
To succeed in this role you must have experience in:
Acts as a Subject Matter Expert advising key Business Leaders within GSS and can mentor at least one Reports Analyst or Business Analyst Demonstrated strategic & analytical leadership
Participate in strategic data analysis, predictive modeling, and prescriptive analytics for senior leadership with minimal supervision
Ability to multi-task, flexibility around moving priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Drive efficiency and improvement analysis on a global organizational scale.
Provides organizational expertise and analytic insights to VPs, Directors, and Business Leaders on a day-to-day basis
Collaborate cross-functionally with diverse teams
Mentor, coach and manage direct reports
Desired Qualifications:
Experience manipulating large datasets in database environments
Data mining experience working with customer level, transactional, web and email data
Prior CRM application (SalesForce) background, in Campaign Management
Tableau knowledge Required
Strong ability to quickly and intuitively understand business needs to translate business requirements into analytics, and complex data analytics into actionable marketing/ business insights both verbally and in writing
Minimum 5 years analytics experience managing multi-channel marketing program analytics
