We're currently looking for:
A Senior Analyst, Marketing Analytics & Insights to focus on driving actionable decisions through campaign & pipeline analysis. This individual should be able to create and maintain flexible reports through Salesforce and Marketo, design & construct actionable dashboards through Tableau, and be an advocate for positive change to our marketing partners.
This individual will need to be technical as they handle timely deliverables with thoroughness to ensure correct reporting is always reflected. An aspirant must also have a working knowledge of B2B marketing in order to assist our business partners in reaching campaign enhanced decisions. The candidate needs to be working well with other teams and comfortable learning quickly in a fast-paced environment. This individual will work out of our Manila offices.
To succeed in this role you must have experience in:
Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards that reflect marketing funnel stages through Salesforce Lighting
DRI (Directly Responsible Individual) for driving actionable insight and proper decisions by partnering with our marketing partners, including Events Marketing
Support marketing and sales data to investigate potential issues facing the business, sometimes with a well-defined hypothesis beforehand
Monthly and weekly lead management reporting (Key Performance Indicators) across Top and Middle of the Funnel -anomalies detection and additional investigation depending on discoveries
Ad-hoc reporting and analysis to uncover pipeline and campaign performance gaps
Desired Qualifications:
Advanced user of Salesforce. Candidate must be adept at creating custom report types and proficient in report building - full understanding of native Salesforce objects and capabilities (Salesforce certification preferred)
Strong analytical skills and deep experience with data analysis and report building
Strong attention to detail and willingness to see a project through to the end
Strong to advanced excel skills; experience with Tableau a plus
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced business environment
Ability to teach and convey critical information quickly/concisely to both marketing partners and team members
Willing to work on the night shift schedule
