Their responsibilities include identifying data trends, ensuring data integrity, collaborating with other departments, and communicating insights to stakeholders. Key skills for this role include proficiency in data analysis tools (like Excel, SQL, and ), strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. He will work directly with the Operations Director and work closely with JLL's CMG stakeholders. Previous experience in using valuation and workflow database management system such as Workfront, Mendix, and Monday.com is an advantage.Key ResponsibilitiesData Collection & Organization:Gathering data from various sources such as databases, spreadsheets, and software systems, and then organizing and cleaning it for accuracy.Data Analysis:Using analytical tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights within the data.Report Creation:Developing reports, dashboards, and visualizations (charts and graphs) to present complex data in an understandable format.Decision Support: Translating data findings into actionable insights for organizational decision-making and performance trackingCollaboration: Working with data professionals, other departments, and upper management to understand data needs and implement solutions.Automation: Development and utilization of analytical tools and programs to automate manual processes and improve efficiency.Location:On-site -Taguig, PhilippinesIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.
