TASQ is looking for a senior analyst specializing in data visualization in Taguig.The pre-screening interview will be conducted by phone.Position Overview: Data Visualization - Senior Analyst (Taguig)Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (computer science, math, or statistics) is preferred.
Minimum of 4 years of data development experience.
At least 2 years of leadership experience.
Minimum of 4 years in the BPO industry.
Significant experience with data development, specifically Oracle, SQL, and PostgreSQL, is required.
Experience with reporting tools like Power BI and Tableau is essential.
Role and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand objectives, existing reports, KPIs, data sources, and visualization requirements.
Identify key business metrics and determine how to represent data to support them.
Choose appropriate visualizations and create clear, visually appealing dashboards.
Build dashboards, automated reports, and templates using visualization tools, primarily Looker BI, but also Power BI, QlikView, Tableau, and iDashboards as needed.
Develop user-friendly interfaces for easy data theme identification.
Train team members on data visualization best practices.
Serve as the main contact for tool issues.
Understand technical architecture to adapt to changes and new software.
Work with end users to ensure results meet their requirements.
