Job Description
The GMI Integration and Transformation Team (GMIO) is accountable for acting as global champions by developing and deploying GM systems, thereby enabling the move of each GMIO Business Unit from local / regional processes to global common data standards, solutions and processes.
Build relationships and effectively work with IT, Sales and finance organisations
Meet with multiple levels of the organization across different business functions to identify, understand business requirements and document business processes
Create process flow and transaction flow documents to be used for system design
Facilitate discussions with business and IT stakeholders to identify current state pain points and business requirements for improved future state operations
Develop process improvement, system implementation, and project management skills
Develop user acceptance test plans partnering with business, write test cases and participate in executing test cases
Develop and present training materials to end users and business stakeholders
Manage end user support from go live to hypercare project close

Qualifications
A Bachelor's or Master's degree with major in accounting, finance, IT or business administration
Strong experience in Sales and Distribution, Accounts Receivable, Incentives, General Ledger system(SAP) and process experience
3­-5 years overall Finance/Sales and Distribution experience
Highly proficient in MS Office tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
Experience of power bi tool or other digital analytics tool is preferred
Experience with Agile development methodologies
Excellent English speaking and writing skills
Desired Skills
In-depth understanding of writing business requirement user stories
Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills
Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated commitment to teamwork and partnerships
Ability to "learn on the fly" and work in ambiguity
Ability to rethink existing processes and design a future state aligned with a newly envisioned operating model
Ability to prioritize assignments/projects and multi-task within restricted time constraints and work with minimum supervision
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interface effectively with all levels of management
Ability to look ahead and identify potential risks/issues before they come to fruition and to recommend and plan actions accordingly
