Senior Accounts Payable
Responsibilities include ensuring the timely and accurate entry of all invoices and vendor information. This role is responsible for ensuring that Vendors and Subcontractors are paid promptly. The Senior AP Specialist interacts on a regular basis with Management and our external clients as well as other internal customer departments to integrate solutions that meet the company's goals both financially and operationally.
- must have at least 2 years experience in Accounts Payable
- having a CPA is a plus
- Corporate/ Residential Real estate experience is a plus
