Oversee aspects of the accounting function including supervision of Accounts Payable process, month-end-close, reconciliation of the accounts, and process improvement in the Accounts Payable and accounting operations Job Responsibilities: Oversee aspects of the accounting function including supervision of Accounts Payable process, month-end-close, reconciliation of the accounts, and process improvement in the Accounts Payable and accounting operations Reports to management and stakeholders, and provides advice on how the company and future business decisions might be impacted Produces financial reports related to the general ledger, budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses, etc. Develops strategies that will minimize financial risks Monitors the day-to-day financial operations within the company (payroll, invoicing, and other transactions) Qualifications: Must be a graduate of Accounting, Business Administration, or any trade equivalent Must have at least 5 years of experience in with US and Philippines Accounting Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Solid BPO industry experience Proficient in using Microsoft and Google office Good comprehension and communication skills, creative problem solving, and strong business acumen with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
