Job Descriptions
Reporting to the CFO, this role is responsible for legal entity controlling and managing overall finance & accounts related activities;
Provide supports to daily operations of the company using various finance systems and reports, working closely with local teams and overseas offices;
Manage treasury/banking functions including monitoring of company payable and receivables;
Handle regulatory, financial compliance and any other external financial reporting in liason with auditors, bankers and regulatory authorities;
Manage the company's corporate tax, VAT and withholding tax in liason with tax agents/consultants
Develop internal procedures and policy documentation required for sound control of the entity;
Assist the CFO in the annual budgeting process and ad-hoc performance reporting;
Plan, supervise and coordinate subordinates in the preparation and review of various reports and analysis;
Develop, maintain and improvise the accounting & financial information system working closely with other finance teams.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Must be a CPA
Relevant experience on business, product or entity controlling in the real estate and trading industries, preferably minimum of 3 years relevant experience;
Proficiency in use of computers (esp. MS-office applications) and accounting applications;
Good command of written and spoken English and a plus if knows Mandarin
Strong excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Team worker
Strong business acumen - commercial and analytical thinker
Experience:
Trading Industry: 2 years (Preferred)
Real Estate Industry: 2 years (Preferred)
Auditing: 2 years (Preferred)
Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)
