Job Title: Senior Accountant
Job Assignment: Makati Head Office
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
Qualifications:
Must be a Certified Public Accountant
At least five (5) relevant years of work experience
Knowledgeable in mining industry is a plus factor

Knowledge of Accounting Management Principles.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversees monthly financial reporting, accounts payable, cash management, general accounting, payroll, statutory reporting and system across all companies under supervision.
Reviews and checks the cash position, bank reconciliation, intercompany balance reconciliation, invoices, requests for payments, cash advances and liquidations.
Prepares monthly cash calls or cash funding, quarterly financial statements and annual audited financial statements.
Facilitates the quarterly audit committee meeting before the submission of quarterly financial statement in TSX.
Coordinates the monthly/annual budget planning and ensures that all activities across all companies are working within the budget.
Ensures compliance to the statutory requirements with BIR and liaises with auditors during the annual audit of financial statements.
