Job Description
- Consolidate all of your bank accounts.
- Daily key entry of financial transactions into the books, accurate prepare and maintaining of accounting records and documents.
- Preparing all required supporting documents for preparation of monthly financial statements.
- Validate the accuracy and validity of CMR & DMR monthly.
- Check the accuracy of each property's final billing against the monthly invoices released to the lessee.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree holder in Accountancy.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant job experience
- Certified Public Accountant is required
- Proficient with databases, MS Office, and accounting software
- Financial statement accuracy for both internal and external reporting
- Practical expertise with data input and manual bookkeeping
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and diplomatically handle demanding circumstances
- Knowledge of how to create financial statements and other financial reports
- Willing to assign in Binondo, Manila
