According to the company's accounting system, be responsible for the company's overall financial accounting work, complete daily financial accounting, and accurately log in various detailed accounts.
Establish and improve accounting, financial management, budget management and other financial systems; fill in accounting vouchers, review accounting vouchers, register detailed ledgers and general ledgers.
Complete the company's various accounting and settlement tasks, and perform accounting correctly.
Participate in the company's tax planning and management, and assist relevant departments to carry out financial audits and annual inspections.
According to the prescribed cost, expense range and standards, review the legitimacy, rationality and authenticity of the original vouchers, and check whether the approval procedures for expenses incurred comply with the regulations.
Perform financial analysis work, prepare corresponding financial statements, report the company's operating status, operating results, financial revenue and expenditure, and the specific situation of the plan to provide financial information support for the company's senior decision-making.
Communicate and coordinate with government regulatory agencies, industry and commerce, taxation and other departments and external accounting firms.
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Spoken English is very fluent, with American and English accent preferred.
College degree or above in accounting and finance related majors, with accounting experience or qualification certificate (finance) preferred.
Have a solid knowledge of accounting theory, familiar with accounting standards and tax policies (Philippines).
Have more than 2 years of work experience.
Have good communication, observation and analysis, judgment skills and a strong sense of confidentiality.
Proficiency in using financial software (Kingdee, Yonyou) and excel office software.
Serious and meticulous work, strong sense of responsibility, and good conduct.
