- Monitor Cash Position
- Verify and record daily transactions
- Update, maintain and reconcile monthly schedules- AR, AP, Fixed Assets
- Prepare schedules for BIR Tax compliance
- Check and monitor Inventory records
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and year-end reports
- Analyze different general accounts regularly
- Prepare journal entries and maintain record of subsidiary accounts
- Ensure compliance on statutory requirements
- Assist and provide schedules and supporting documentation for audit
Job Requirements:
- Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
- With At least 5 years of experience in General Accounting
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office, primarily in Word and Excel
- Knowledge in any accounting system is an advantage
