JOB ROLE:
• Preparation of management reports, financial statements, tax returns and BAS for individual, partnership, company, trust and super fund clients
• Preparation of FBT returns
• Liaise with various statutory authorities on behalf of clients including the ATO and ASIC
• Work with the Director and team to ensure client work is completed within the time frame allocated
• Preparation of correspondence to clients and other bodies as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Degree qualified, plus CPA
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (be able to interact directly with clients)
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive attitude, self-motivated and enthusiastic, strong listening skills.
• Committed to providing exceptional service to our clients
• 5+ years experience with an Aust Accounting practice essential
• Have used small business accounting software, preferably MYOB AE, and possibly Xero, Saasu, Quickbooks,
• Should have Advanced MS Excel and MS Word software experience
