Responsibilities:
Preparation of monthly financial reports for various clients and industries such as Balance Sheets, Income Statements, Cash Flow Statements, Bank Reconciliation Statements and related schedules.
Computation of Value-Added Tax or VAT (input and output tax)
Preparation and filing of VAT returns (2550M / 2550Q) thru EFPS and offline eBIR.
Computation of withholding tax on compensation and expanded.
Preparation and filing of monthly withholding tax on compensation and expanded (1601-C & 0619-E) and quarterly withholding tax on expanded (1601-EQ).
Preparation of accounting entries for check vouchers.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's/college degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Familiar with financial regulations in Philippines, including but not limited to the general accounting, Philippine Financial Reporting Standards and tax regulations affecting TAMP and EFPS taxpayers.
Minimum 1 to 2 years of finance and accounting experience
Knowledgeable in online (EFPS) and offline eBIR filing of VAT, withholding tax on compensation and expanded, final withholding taxes and documentary stamps.
Adept in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) functionalities
Must be result-oriented with sense of initiative and responsibility; must be keen on providing quick and timely response to queries.
Able to multi-task ans can work in minimum supervision
Preferable resident of Parañaque City
