Complete payments and control expenses by receiving, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices and check requests.
Analyze invoice/expense reports.
Monitor all supplier payment agreements.
Keep track of all payments and ensure proper documentation of such
Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
Maintain accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.
Verify supplier accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
Prepare analysis of accounts.
Maintain and update AP schedule and prepare monthly reports.
Assist with month end closing.
Provide supporting documentation for audit.
Job Requirements:
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, or any Accounting- related Courses
Atleast 5 years, experience in cost accounting is an advantage.
Knowledge in Microsoft Office, primarily in Word and Excel
Knowledge in any accounting system is an advantage.
Good communication skills
Demonstrates great attention to detail.
Can work under pressure with minimal supervision.
