Secure at least 5 new brand partnerships monthly with franchisors, franchisees, and other multi-branch businesses
Conduct research, prospecting, and outreach through calls, emails, networking, and face-to-face meetings
Build and maintain a pipeline of high-value leads, ensuring consistent conversion results
Conduct end-to-end deal management, from pitching and presenting product benefits, to negotiation, closing, and onboarding
Tailor solutions and approaches to client needs, ensuring smooth integration of the system into their daily operations
Nurture strong, long-term relationships with key accounts to foster trust and sustained growth
Act as a trusted advisor to partners, providing ongoing support and engagement
Assist with the department's projects, campaigns, and initiatives related to brand acquisitions
Share pitching, negotiation, and closing techniques with associates to strengthen the team's overall performance
Monitor acquisition KPIs, analyze outcomes, and recommend improvements to optimize strategies
3+ years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, Account Management, B2B Sales, or a related field
Proven track record of acquiring and closing high-value clients
Strong negotiation, pitching, and deal-closing skills
Experience in pipeline management and sales strategy
Leadership and mentoring experience preferred
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment and meet monthly acquisition goals
