The Opportunity
We are looking for a dedicated individual to join us as a Senior Account Broker at Aon Philippines, offering you a real opportunity to further develop your capabilities.

You will be responsible for:
Providing support to Account Executive in performing various administrative tasks to adhere with renewal broking process, Aon Client Promise, Aon Commitments and ensuring client service results are met within agreed turnaround time (TAT).
Assisting the Account Executive/Manager with the following tasks:
Growth / Business Results
Achieve Health Solutions Budget
Achieve own and segment team's target. Ensure 100% rollover of revenue and at least 95% client retention.
Monitor/Implement Client Profitability and Return to Profitability Plan;
Strict adherence to renewal and booking process based on breakthrough dates and metric. Ensure completeness of pre-renewal documents
Client Service Delivery / Operational Excellence
Ensure adherence to Aon Broker's Guide and Achieve compliance with Operational Excellence and Data Management critical metrics ("Aon Commitments")
Achieve Accounts Receivable metric
Compliance to peer review policy
Adherence to TBS requirements (UAT and plan management - updated every renewal based on agreed metric).
Strict adherence and compliance to Renewal Plan Management (Diary System)
Achieve Overdue renewals and Invoicing performance measurements.
Timely update of Time Recording System and target.
Client Value Creation
Achieve at least 95% client retention.
Adherence to Client Service Plan / SLA.
Observe to and implement the Aon Client Promise Methodology / Plan for all in-scope accounts
About You:
Indicating a track record of success, you will be inquisitive, keen to learn and have a passion for data and the opportunities and business insights it reveals.
Demonstrate resilience; the flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change
Curious and willing to learn
Personable and able to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Proactive and a self-starter
Able to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing
Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Candidates with an undergraduate degree (graduate of any 4 - year course) and experience working in an insurance, HMO, financial services, or management consulting will be viewed advantageously.
