The Role:
We're seeking a Paid Media Specialist who can work with us to improve and grow our delivery for clients. Working closely with our digital marketing, creative and strategy teams you’ll be able to implement successful paid marketing strategies across Google, Facebook, LinkedIn and Pinterest for a wide range of clients.
Key responsibilities:
Managing the day-to-day operations and performance of our Paid Search and Paid Social.
Developing, implementing and optimising Search, Paid Social and Native Ad strategies to drive cost-efficient growth while implementing and optimising campaigns
Collaborating with the Digital & Content Strategy Manager to develop Search and Paid Social campaigns in support of marketing campaigns
Conduct in-depth analysis and research to generate insights and identify new opportunities for growth
Effectively manage investment and performance targets through on-going tracking, forecasting and reporting
Managing media budgets
Skills and Experience:
2+ years experience agency side or in-house in a growth marketing position
Passion for digital marketing, in particular, paid search and social
2+ years campaign set up experience across Display, Google, Social
Out-of-the-box-thinker, not afraid to test and try new things even if they fail
Strategic thinker, positive attitude, team player
Able and happy to work remotely and in an office location occasionally
Facebook BluePrint Certified
Google Adwords Certified
