Our client is looking for a full-time Marketplace seller support to join their team.
Duties and responsibilities include:
Onboard sellers to the Marketplace Platform by bulk spreadsheets and by using 3rd Party Connectors.
Provide Tier 1 and 2 (Technical and Commercial) Seller Support.
Build out and lead a small team of Marketplace Operations specialists.
Requirements
Experience using the Mirakl Marketplace Platform.
At least 3 years' experience in a technical onboarding or operational support role in an online environment.
Ability to take initiative by deep diving into complex technical problems and proactively solve.
When blocked, you're able to effectively problem solve by finding the answers you need.
Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy.
Meticulous attention to detail and well organised.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Understanding of HTML, FTP. HTTPS.
