Manage the onboarding process for sellers and provide technical guidance
Track seller activities and onboarding pipelines in the internal CRM, including detailed and important updates for all seller interactions.
Coordinate with the Marketplace Sales and Onboarding teams to ensure smooth and successful seller launches
Troubleshoot bugs on the platform, data upload errors and general seller issues during the onboarding process.
Working with sellers and 3rd party channel partners to successfully integrate seller data within the Marketplace platform
Work with the Operations team to assist with data migration from sellers to the marketplace platform during the onboarding process.
Requirements
Experience onboarding key accounts with a strong understanding of their technical challenges
Ability to diagnose and solve customer service problems
Take initiative and operate with a high degree of autonomy
High attention to detail and well organised
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical terms
Ability to proactively problem solve quick and through proper escalation process
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Working knowledge of Salesforce and Slack (desired)• Understanding of HTML, FTP. HTTPS and API
Amenable to work onsite
