With minimal security experience required, the selected candidate will receive on the job training in various components of Industrial Security to include but not limited to Access Management and Control. This is a growth potential opportunity position. Your future duties and responsibilities: . Develop Knowledgebase of Common access control systems . Monitor, program, and manage access control system(s) . Manage Member ID and Access . Manage stock of Access Tangibles and create orders as needed . Validate Member information across systems of record . Maintain Systems Data Integrity . Work with Facilities and Reception Desks to assist with Member and Visitor access Required qualifications to be successful in this role: A high school diploma or GED plus 0+ years of experience. In addition: Exceptional organizational skills Technical aptitude and ability to learn new software and technologies Independent task operation Problem-solving skills Critical-thinking skills Ability to perform above the tactical and apply strategic thought and approach to the projects Ability to properly handle and protect highly sensitive information Willingness to learn and accept new challenges Ability to rapidly ingest new information, retain that information, and present the information in own words conveying to target audience a level of information understanding.
