Ensures that all necessary information and documents concerning outbound cargoes through the agents are promptly and accurately disseminated to concerned parties
Prepares final proforma bills of lading for submission to shipping lines and co-loaders on or before vessel's departure
Ensures all documents are complete which is necessary for the preparation and issuance of House Bills of Lading
Proofreads or checks if there are data discrepancies between House and Master Bills of Lading
Inquires the departure of vessels with various shipping lines and co-loaders
Amends bill of lading of shipping line, co-loaders and agents concerned prior vessel's arrival at destination
Sends pre-alert and/or shipping documents to destination office via e-mail or courier service (if required)
Ensures creation of Job File in Pegasus on or before vessel's departure
In charge of weekly reservation and booking with shipping lines, upon receipt of Job Order from Sales Dept
Coordinates trucking and/or brokerage requirement of shipment, if required
Communicates with agents on their incoming shipments
Ensure on time billing and closing of Job file in Pegasus
Prepares request for check/payment preparation for freight and other related bills
Assists client on their booking requirements and other inquiries related to export shipments
Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time
Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Customs Admin, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent
Has a minimum of three (3) years working experience on a Freight Forwarding / Logistics business
Knows about Customs E2M, manifest preparation
Has good communications skill
Computer literate
Fast learner
With good moral character
Willing to extend working hour, if required
With less supervision even under pressure
