Job Description
Your mission
Support current SAP Tool and Process team that include (not exhaustive) following task:
Perform SAP CO and Time Recording & Expense system analytics
Document processes, update of user guides
Provide end user support and training
Prepare and visualize information and user guides
Be involved in projects for process improvements (concepts, testing)
Docusign Operational Activities
Organizing and uploading documents and contracts for our e-Signature platform (Docusign)
Respond to and resolve tickets raised in the Docusign Service Desk queues
Conduct training sessions for users
Qualifications
What you need
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, i.e. controlling, preferably withie financial industry
Good understanding of process within finance specifically PO Controlling Workflows
Good Proficient in handling big amounts of data
Quick to pick up skills and be proficient in different business apps/tools
You will get extra points for the following
Well-developed organizational and planning skills
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel)
SAP know-how (FI, CO)
Experience in JIRA ticketing system
Exhibit excellent analytical skills, the ability to work well in a demanding, dynamic environment and meet overall objectives
High degree of initiative, dependability and ability to work with little supervision
Exact and diligent working attitude
