Position Summary:The SAP FI/CO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) Specialist is responsible for the analysis, design, configuration, and support of the SAP FI/CO module to meet the business needs of the organization. This role involves working closely with business users to understand specific business requirements, configuring SAP FI/CO solutions, and ensuring that these solutions meet the requirements and function effectively within the SAP ECC 6.0 environment.>>Work arrangement: Full onsite (office based QC); Full time*may visit actual site nationwide (very seldom)*min of 2 years experienceBenefits: *15 SL and VL *HMO upon reg (can enroll dependents)Key Responsibilities:1. Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements related to financial accounting and controlling processes.2. Collaborate with other SAP Specialists (ABAP, MDM, MM, WM, SD) for integration and data related matters.3. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical design documents.4. Configure SAP FI/CO modules (e.g., Chart of Accounts, FI-General Ledger, FI-Accounts Payable, FIAccounts Receivable, FI-Bank Accounting, CO-Controlling Area, CO-Cost Element Accounting, CO-CostCenter, CO-Profit Center, CO-Internal Orders) based on business requirements.5. Customize and enhance the FI/CO module to meet specific business needs, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules.6. Provide day-to-day support for the SAP FI/CO module, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.7. Perform system maintenance tasks, including regular system updates and upgrades.8. Develop and execute test plans to ensure the functionality and performance of the SAP FI/CO solutions.9. Perform internal testing to validate and confirm customization or setup accuracy and stability.10. Coordinate with business users for user acceptance testing (UAT) and obtain signoffs.11. Prepare detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, and procedures.12. Conduct training sessions and create user manuals to facilitate end-user adoption and proficiency.13. Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose innovative solutions to enhance system efficiency.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, Accountancy, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience:Proven experience as an SAP FI/CO Specialist or a similar role, with hands-on experience in SAP ECC 6.0.Strong understanding of financial accounting and controlling processes within a business context.Technical Skills:Proficient in configuring SAP FI/CO modules, including Chart of Accounts, FI-General Ledger, FI-AccountsPayable, FI-Accounts Receivable, FI-Bank Accounting, CO-Controlling Area, CO-Cost Element Accounting, COCost Center, CO-Profit Center, CO-Internal Orders.Knowledge of integration points with other SAP modules (MM, WM, SD, PP).Ability to write functional specifications for ABAP programming
