Technical Role Lead discovery sessions and requirements workshops to business users May be asked to assist in re-engineering business and system processes, mostly around CRM (Sales, Marketing and Customer Service) Design applications and author functional requirements Test applications to ensure they meet the requirements Facilitate end user proficiency trainings and workshops Develop end user aides Drive and implement new advancements and innovations in the field of enterprise information systems Ensure system is in good health via daily monitoring, application of patches and implementation of technical enhancements Performs user account management Acts as CI/CD expert Technical Project Manager Manage new systems implementation projects/ enhancements or several smaller projects simultaneously Work closely with business users and technical teams to deliver project scope on time, on budget and with high quality deliverables Communicate effectively with business users regarding the project, technology and functionality Use Enterprise Information System experience to develop accurate work estimates, project budgets and timelines Proactively drive continuous improvement in project delivery, team capability and processes Strong working knowledge of enterprise information systems. Has deep understanding of native Salesforce features and functionalities, as well as the ability to build multi-cloud solutions on the Salesforce platform Ability to translate business objectives and strategies to functional/technical requirements Strong analytical skills with a focus on the business value of ISSE; the ability to communicate the value of technical solutions and the business impact Effective communicator who can persuade and influence others, and possesses the ability to interact with all levels of an organization (to both technical and non-technical audiences, written and verbal) Proven organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills Highly-competent project management skills Highly motivated, self-starter EXPECTED RESULTS: Build and design solutions across Salesforce platforms Achieve defined objectives and key results of assigned programs and projects . Example of a program is Salesforce implementation to support customer onboarding, customer service processes of new products and services Deliver individual projects under the program to agreed schedule, budget and quality standards with project stakeholders Drive solutions that ensures process improvements across the organization Perform SME functions such as: Troubleshooting and solving system-related issues that hinder business operations Management of system implementation and enhancements Providing training and support to key business user Prepare functional documentations, configuration documents, test documents and user guides Propose system and process improvements Ensures system health and optimum usage of the system. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ Engineering/ Information Technology or any related field 8 years experience in handling Salesforce projects on the following areas: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Analytics Cloud, Community Cloud 5 years experience in process automation design and development, preferably, in the Fintech and Banking space. 5 years experience with enterprise system implementation projects. Experience in working with large-scale, end-to-end system implementations Experience in using project and work management tools such as JIRA is preferred Advanced knowledge of enterprise system functionalities and integrations.
