SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR
 
CONTRACT TYPE: Full Time (probationary to regularization)
 
Role Interactions:
Reporting to Senior Manager and VP for IT
Interact with management on required portfolio
Coordinate with onsite management for resources and priorities
Duties and Responsibilities:
Performing support and troubleshooting to different Cloud Technologies (Microsoft Azure, Office 365, MS SharePoint etc.).
Administer, configure, and secure multiple SaaS applications, including Atlassian Suite, and others
Perform regular maintenance tasks to ensure compliance with Infosec policies
Documentation of technical knowledge base for corporate IT issues
Ensure the security of all applications and endpoint devices
Monitor the performance of applications and endpoint devices
Stay up-to-date on the latest application and endpoint security trends and best practices
Performing support and troubleshooting to different security platforms, anti-virus and malware.
Create, change, and delete user accounts per request.
Conduct basic to intermediate Server troubleshooting and setup.
Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required. Configure CPU, memory, and disk partitions as required.
Develop, maintain, and document installation and configuration procedures.
Perform basic network troubleshooting and triage.
Maintain facilities in individual machines, such as drivers and settings of personal computers as well as printers (local and network printers).
Maintain network servers such as file servers, VPN gateways, and intrusion detection systems.
Administer servers, desktop computers, printers, firewalls, smartphones, software deployment, security updates and patches.
Other related tasks as assigned
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, IT, or any related course.
At least 3-5 years of experience as a Windows Systems Administrator or in a similar role
With excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Proficient in administering and troubleshooting Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, and other Microsoft technologies
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to= diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non technical teams
Familiarity with cloud technologies, scripting, and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Azure, AWS)
Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), are preferred
