Established in Mandaue City, Cebu, Philippines in 1983, Mactan Rock Industries Inc. started as an industrial chemical manufacturer specializing in water treatment chemicals and industrial preventive maintenance chemicals. As the company grew, it began trading in water softeners, demineralizers and ion exchange resins. In just over five (5) years, it metamorphosed from its modest beginnings to a complete water and wastewater treatment company.
 
Through its Human Resources Department (HRD) hereby informs everyone that we are currently looking for successful applicants to fill up the following positions enumerated below along with the qualifications:
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
 
1.College Graduate, fresh gradaute can be a candidate.
2.Computer literate ( MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel)
3.With Good Communication skills, work attitude.
4.Physically fit.
5.Hardworking,honest,can work with less supervision.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
Facilitate RFP's (Request for Payments) received and approval, ensureness of complete RFP's attachment.
Encode and Log - in RFP's in its own monitoring. Make report on update weekluy in coordination of CBU cebu support for MRCI weekly meeting.
Facilitate received RS approval, log in and dessiminate to designated department,(e.g Bulacan or Cebu)
Monitor process RFP's and RS purchases, make report on update weekly for MRCI weekly meeting.
Monitor CBU funds liquidation,report weekly to supervisors on the personnel unliquidated funds.
Facilitate CBU approved DRT,ANS,and OAS, log in and forward to GR through VIBER Group.
Facilitate memo approval and receiving.
