The Role
As a Sales Support - Lawyer, you will assist the Institutional Sales Officers in documentation and in explaining complex accounts to clients. You will also ensure that agreements/documents are in order, customized if necessary and regularly updated if there are new regulations.
How you'll contribute
Conducts client calls (other Fid Accounts) even in the absence of a sales officer and can effectively close accounts by explaining complex products clearly.
Ensures that agreements/documents are in order, customized if necessary and updated regularly.
Updates the Sales Team as well as the rest of the Trust and Asset Management Group on the new regulations affecting our business.
Assists the Trust Officer, Head of Account Management and Servicing Unit, Head of Other Fiduciary Accounts, Head of Business Development in updating the Trust Manual, preparing manuals for new products, SLAs with other departments and Trust Committee Memos.
What we're looking for
Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree in Law
Should be a lawyer - having passed the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Exams.
Basic knowledge in finance and Trust products
Must not only be a lawyer but a salesperson as well
Able to communicate complex products to clients
