SALES SUPPORT EXECUTIVE
 
JOB OVERVIEW
 
This position helps facilitate the efficient operations of the company by performing a variety of support and administrative tasks primarily assigned in the beverage/liquor segment of the business
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supply Chain - Handles all the company procurement activities pertaining to supplies, stocks/inventory, and supplier management. Track orders and ensure timely delivery and shipment. Ensures items/products are delivered. Monitors the price movement and stock levels.
Inventory Management - Handles the monthly inventory count of all the available supplies and products in the stockroom/warehouse. Ensures that it matches with the last updated record before forwarding it to the Audit personnel.
Sales Management - Manages the company's online/offline inquiries, sales collaterals and orders - Records, monitor, and track orders through grabmart and multiple channels. Spearheads the releasing of orders.
Accounts Payable - Manages and processes supplier payments, and other company payables. Ensures on time payment is made. Does updating, tracking and analysis of the monthly submitted reports.
Accounts Receivables - Manages billing invoice preparation and generation, sending of billing invoices and follow-up of payments from the clients and updating of records. Create a schedule of collection. Does updating, tracking and analysis of the monthly submitted reports.
Document management - Monitors and prepares contracts and other legal documents.
Business Development - Onboards new platforms or channels, Research for new opportunities and initiates proof of concept.
Marketing Support - Assists in marketing content and collaterals creation.
Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent is required
Fresh graduates are welcome. Candidates with administrative and operations experience is preferred, experience in audit and accounting as well the food and beverage industry or FMCG is an advantage
Team player with a thirst for knowledge
A self-starter with an entrepreneurial or growth mindset
Must have good moral character who values integrity
Must be persistent and results-oriented
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Microsoft Excel
Must have strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Expertise in editing presentation applications (Canva, Microsoft PowerPoint etc.) is a plus
Expertise in Social media applications (editing, posting etc.) is a plus
