Technical Sales Executive - Davao & Cagayan de Oro
 
Job Overview
We are looking for Technical Sales Executives to handle B2B sales in Davao and Cagayan de Oro. We are hiring separate sales employees for each area. The role focuses on developing new business, managing existing accounts, and providing technical support to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
 
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage B2B customers in the construction and industrial sectors
Build strong customer relationships and conduct regular site visits and product presentations
Meet sales targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Submit weekly, biweekly, and monthly sales reports and forecasts
Manage accounts independently and ensure on-time order delivery
Identify opportunities to cross-sell, upsell, and handle new projects from prospecting to after-sales support
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Business, or related field
1-3 years of technical sales experience (construction/industrial preferred)
Strong product and technical knowledge
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Willing to travel frequently within Davao or Cagayan de Oro; can drive with a valid driver's license
Preferred Skills
Experience with abrasives, cutting tools, adhesives, coatings, or construction equipment
Multilingual skills are a plus
