Job Description
Onboarding new contacts and accounts onto CRM and other systems.
Assist Client Partners and Sales Consultants with communications and Diary coordination
Monitor and filter mailboxes
Edit and format documents and presentations
Update of key metrics and agendas for senior meetings
Ensure the administrative post sales process is followed
Ensure timeframes are met for the quotation process
Maintain filing of documentation and updating of existing documentation
Proactively monitor renewal dates and prepare renewal agreements ahead of time
Other proactive administration duties as required.
Assist where required with database management
Upkeep a variety of schedules and spreadsheets
Produce weekly, monthly and annual reports
Liaise with various departments and provide answers to Sales where required
Prepare Cadence reports for regional sales director, internal and customer facing
Qualifications
A minimum of 2 yrs customer service experience
Previous experience in a customer service and sales support role, or similar
Seasoned administration and computer skills
Able to prioritise tasks and displays effective time management
A team player, but also capable and willing to work autonomously
Effective communication skills, both written and verbally
