JOB SUMMARY:
 
The Sales Specialist is pivotal in driving Phelps Dodge's market presence and sales within assigned territories through strategic distributor and key account management. This role is responsible for developing and strengthening business relationships, executing trade marketing strategies, and conducting market analysis to support decision-making and strategic sales planning.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Must be willing to handle the whole Region IX (Zamboanga Peninsula)
Must be a graduate of a bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field from a reputable institution.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Experience in trade marketing, with a strong background in distributor and key account management, preferably within the electrical or related industries is an advantage.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Capable of making informed decisions regarding day-to-day sales and marketing tasks based on established policies and guidelines. Focuses on operational efficiency and effective response to immediate market conditions.
Proficient in all MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
