SALES SPECIALIST (16,000-18,000 Monthly Salary)
 
The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to promote and distribute our product in the food retail industry, advertise our products and prepare direct meetings with clients to  enhance brand visibility. This role requires creativity, analytical skills, and strong communication abilities to effectively reach our target markets.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both retail and food service sectors.
Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
Promote bakery products to the right target market.
Customer Engagement:
Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Gather customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Collaborate with the distribution team to ensure timely delivery and product availability.
Sales Reporting:
Track sales performance and report on key metrics to management.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Will work hand in hand with the Sales Assistant to lead Statement of Accounts for all charge and cash clients 
Ensure timely collections and updated receivables with top clients
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in product distribution to restaurants, cafes and retail spaces
Strong understanding of marketing strategies and social media platforms 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
