It is a sales management position which requires development of selling skills and lead generation skills.
Will be trained to manage marketing specialists, ensure targets and train people for skills development.
Attends trainings for sales and back office servicing.
Handles clients for servicing and new businesses.
Manages events for Lead Generation, for Financial Seminars and for Corporate Offerings.
Manages recruitment events and client events.
Management and skills training will be provided.
Must be a graduate of at least any 4 year course
Must be a team player
Atleast 1 year sales experience or business experience is an advantage
Knows Digital Marketing is an advantage
Has excellent communication skills
Has very good people skills
Must have a pleasing personality and resides in Metro Manila and nearby areas
Willing to work in Makati
