Job Overview:
 
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base by promoting and selling our range of consulting services to both private sector businesses and government offices. The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record in sales, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of consultative selling approaches.
 
Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients in the private sector and government offices to introduce our consulting services.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through market research, networking, and cold calling.
Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand the unique challenges and objectives of potential clients.
Develop tailored proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value and benefits of our services.
Collaborate with the internal team to tailor service offerings to meet the specific needs of clients.
Negotiate contracts and agreements while maintaining a focus on building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to refine sales strategies.
Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, progress, and achievements to the sales manager.
Qualifications:
Proven experience (2+ years) in B2B sales, preferably in consulting services or a related industry.
Demonstrated success in prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling approaches.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to establish rapport and build relationships with diverse clients.
Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Familiarity with MS Office and Google Workspace.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
