a. Work together with Sales and Marketing Manager/Supervisor in identifying marketing
opportunities by defining market trends, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths
and weakness to improve and create business development plans;
b. Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and targets by analyzing and summarizing
collated performance data;
c. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships;
d. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling;
e. Professionally respond to customer inquiries through email, Facebook chat, SMS, and all
other platforms;
f. Answer inbound calls professionally, quickly, and efficiently;
g. Schedule appointment and demos for existing and potential clients;
h. Follow-up on marketing leads and identify qualified opportunities providing appropriate
levels of information for interested prospects;
i. Diligently update HubSpot to stay current leads and follow-ups;
j. Help as needed to build awareness on company's special projects;
k. Educate customers about current promotions and new product;
l. Answer inbound sales inquiries at HQ via sales phones;
m. Upsell PPE and chemical to testing/misting fogging clients;
n. Monitor E-commerce platforms and respond to inquiries and log orders;
o. Report call logs and online activates via teams chat;
p. Attend sales meetings and training as required.
