SALES REPRESENTATIVE
 
Job Summary:
 
This Sales role primarily handles inbound calls or chats from prospective and current customers, with occasional warm outbound tasks. The main goal is to transform these inquiries into sales. We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic about sales, possess effective objection-handling abilities, and have a proven track record of closing sales. Your experience in sales may come from either a retail setting or an office environment as long as you have been successful and feel confident within the sales domain.
 
Job Responsibilities:
Answers inbound sales inquiries over the phone relating to products and services.
Follow-up: Make necessary outbound calls for potential and existing customers.
Sell the products and services
Can manage high volume phone calls
Job Qualifications:
Contact Centre, ISP or Telco experience would be highly regarded.
Exceptional people skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills and superior attention to detail.
Accurate & high-speed data-entry skills.
Proficient in MS Suite
Friendly and positive phone manner
Able to work during weekends
