EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
· Graduate of Marketing or any Business related course
· At least three (3) years of extensive work experience as a Sales Professional/Executive in a manufacturing or trading/retail industry with updated trainings and seminars on SCM, QMS, Food Safety, GMP and among others is a plus
PURPOSE:
This job is established to support the smooth and seamless Sales operations and ensures that the Company meets/exceeds the established customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by continuous sourcing of customers in different platforms and media.
· Complies with the Company's rules and regulations, policies and procedures as well as the established Quality Management System.
SCOPE AND AUTHORITY:
· This job supervises the implementation of the Sales functions such as but not limited to Sales Planning, Customer Sourcing and Acquisition, Customer Communication, Order Handling, Review of Customer Requirements and Handling of Customer Complaints.
D DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Application of Skills and Abilities
o Supports the implementation of all policies, processes and initiatives in the following Sales functions/facets:
A. Sales Planning and Forecasting
o Prepares sales forecast by reviewing Sales History per Customer.
o Communicates and request updated requirements from Customers.
B. Customer Account Management
o Receives communication or inquiries from Customers - product inquiry, orders, price, customer complaints, credit terms and others.
o Documents and finalizes communication by identifying purpose of communication and forwards the Customer Communication Sheet to Sales Supervisor for review.
o Sources and acquires potential Customers or Sales leads from various platforms such as social media, referrals from existing customers, business directories, trade shows, conference attendance, networks, company website and others.
o Conducts outbound customer calls through reliable sales leads and prospects in order to acquire new/potential customers.
o Prepares Sales Quotations, Proposals or Presentation with price, credit terms and other specifications then submits to Sales Supervisor/Manager for review and approval.documents and completes sales orders including quantity, specifications, delivery dates and other.special instructions from Customers.
o Receives and checks PO and encodes sales order details in the Sales Module of the System.
o Negotiates price, terms and conditions of sales orders.
o Conducts customer visits to discuss SLA, performance and other requirements of Customers.
o Maintains customer records for future reference and safekeeping.
o Files Customer Communication Sheet related documents for future reference and safekeeping.
o Generates sales among customer accounts through upsetting and cross-selling of different products.
o Serves as the point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
o Develops and maintains long-term partnerships and relationships with customers.
o Ensures that customers receive their ordered products completely and in a timely fashion.
o Works hand in hand with C & C Department regarding identification of customer payments.
o Communicates with Customers all overdue related payments and concerns.
o Informs customers of estimated delivery schedules, service contracts, warranties, or other information pertaining to purchased products.
o Collaborates with colleagues to exchange information, such as selling strategies or marketing information
