Answer questions from the administrative throughout the day so they have the information necessary to respond to our clients.Success Metrics:
Answer questions from administrative team within 12 hours of receipt
Meet with each client monthly via Zoom to provide an update
All case files are updated within 12 hours of update
Legal Research and Drafting Draft and review estate planning documents including extrajudicial settlement agreements, special power of attorney's, affidavits of self-adjudication, deeds of sale, deeds of donation, partition agreement, petitions for reconstitution of a lost or destroyed title using firm templates. Provide insightful edits and ensure all documents meet legal standards and client goals.Success Metric:
100% of assigned documents delivered on time and meeting internal QA standards with less than 10% requiring major revisions.
Client Consultations Conduct 3 - 4 intake meetings per week with prospective clients via Zoom to review property titles and gather additional information needed to accurately assess their legal needs. Prepare a proposal of services and host a follow up meeting with the prospect to share the proposal and legal strategy.Success Metrics:
55% of follow up calls result in engagement of services.
Maintain a 90% satisfaction score from post-meeting surveys.
Marketing Develop short, informative video content to explain legal concepts, updates, and firm services. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content reflects professional standards and supports client education.Success Metric:
Record 3 videos per week
