The Sales Process Analyst - Team Leader assists the Sales Process Manager with the day-to-day management of Sales Process Team. This role is a blend of management and hands-on operational duties and includes managing a group of sales process analysts as well as responding to users' queries and hosting training sessions. A key requirement of the role is to take a proactive approach to maintaining knowledge and skills and to keeping abreast of what Sales and Account Management are experiencing.
Responsibilities:
Manage a team of Sales Process Analysts to proactively respond and handle users' queries ensuring that accurate resolution is provided on a timely manner
Mentor, coach and do performance management for staff to deliver world class user experience
Provide guidance and support in their team's personal development.
Effectively drive performance to ensure business objectives and key metrics are met.
Work with the team to reduce the volume and time of outstanding cases and ensure they understand and are adhering to procedures
Proactively contribute ideas or actions to improve efficiencies in the process and/or to improve user experience.
Serve as the champion of key initiatives set by the Sales Enablement Team
Recruitment and selection of staff in line with the SPA competencies.
Participate in the performance management and review process facilitating the quarterly, mid-year and annual review process
Create a learning environment by supporting continuous development of self and direct reports and champion learning initiatives.
Support Sales Process Manager on ad-hoc projects
Act as a role model for the team in delivering best support to SAM users
Qualifications:
Comprehensive knowledge of LSEG Business and Sales and Account Management organization
Strong understanding of LSEG's values, processes, measurement, drivers and performance improvement strategies
Ability to engage with a range of stakeholders, including other business units
Willingness to undertake additional projects and responsibilities from time to time. Strong planning and organizational skills.
Flexibility with work times and dedication to the effectiveness of the team.
Competent coaching skills to help the team become successful, to deliver greater business results, and to champion talent development
