1. Handle complete sales process and documentation for properties sold to clients referred by
Foundry Associates
2. Manage Associate Referrals and KW Business Program
3. Build internal process and systems integrated to The Foundry Portal
4. Support and train associates to become Licensed Agents (not brokers)
This person will lead the development, implementation and management of sales-related business
programs for the company, as well as manage day-to-day operational concerns related to that.
Reporting to the Managing Director, he will be working closely with the associates to meet agreed
targets.
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
Strong sales background
At least 5 years experience in a leadership role in a real estate company (ie Remax, Rockwell Land)
Licensed real estate broker
Mid-Senior Level / Manager Sales and Marketing Financial Holdings Company 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
