Job Description
Sales and Marketing Supervisor Responsibilities:
Updates daily sales report per branch in the tracking log as texted by sales promo merchandisers.
Presents to the board during the strategic meeting every month.
Receives requisition slips (RQS) from the sales promo merchandisers for stock replenishment in their respective outlets and creates forecasts for each branch.
Fills up template letters in communicating with consignees, suppliers or customers.
Processing of sampling for new items.
Processing of pull-out of stocks per branch.
Coordinates delivery schedules to each branch informing them of the delivery receipt (DR) number and total number of boxes delivered.
Attends to outright customers’ and sales promo merchandisers needs and inquiries.
Attends meeting at the consignee offices.
Coordinates with consignees on memo, sales events and other concerns.
Monitors sales promo merchandisers’ absences, tardiness, vacation/sick leaves informing the Human Resources Department.
Prepares requirements for new sales promo merchandiser’s consignee interview and onboarding.
Processes cash cards for new branches.
Prepares incentives for branches who hit target quotas.
Visits branches as needed.
Creates social media content from time to time.
Analyzing budgets, prepares annual budget plans, schedules expenditures, and ensures that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
Conceptualizes and implements new sales and marketing plan.
Recruits, trains, and manages marketing and sales personnel to meet sales and marketing goals.
Performs other function that maybe assigned from time to time.
Requirements for Sales and Marketing Supervisor:
A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
1 to 2 years’ experience in marketing or sales.
Experience in management or handling people is a plus.
High proficiency in sales and marketing work.
Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Knowledge of data analysis, report creation and presentation.
Respects and abides company policies and procedures.
Can work under pressure.
Teachable and willing to undergo tough albeit rewarding training.
