Job Title: Sales Marketing Officer (SMO)
Reports To: Sales Manager
Office Location: Cebu City (somewhere in Mango Avenue)
Indicate How Many Employees: 200 employees
Salary & Benefits:
● 14,000-16,000 monthly, commensurate with experience and qualifications
● 7,500 to 10,000 monthly, travel allowance
● 500 to 1,000 - telecommunication allowance
● food and accommodation allowance, upon needed
● Monday to Friday (field work); Saturday (Work from home on occasion when/once it makes sense)
● 10 Paid Vacation Days - Received in First Year - Accrued
● Company issued cellphone and work laptop
● Company Car (Can be in a car amortization plan, based on working performance.)
● Sales incentives up to 15,000 monthly
Qualifications:
● Graduate of any four year course with at least 2 years working experience and good track record in Sales
● Preferably with experience as Medical Representative.
●With excellent communication skills both oral and written.
●Must be computer literate especially on excel and power point applications.
● Preferably with a professional driver's license and can speak local dialect.
Job Summary: The Sales Marketing Officer is responsible for developing a proactive and advisory-driven distribution of the range of products which Majesty Pharma offers direct to end-users. He/She is also responsible in creating marketing activities in which includes but not limited to planning, implementation and evaluation of marketing strategies and objectives to create and increase product demand and the achievement of sales objectives and targets.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategy:
1. Tap subdivisions and condominiums thru their respective associations and introduce Majesty as one of their direct source of pharma and consumer goods.
2. Expands business offerings to industrial accounts thru Majesty trade accounts
3. Conduct marketing activities for the awareness of Majesty propositions to direct end-users.
4. Monitor deliveries and collections of receivables to ensure continued serviceability.
5. Determines other sales and marketing development needs of the area and submits recommendations to the Field Sales Head for approval and immediate action.
6.Monitors competitors' activities and strategies and report thereafter to his/her superior.
7. Consistently observes market dominance within the area.
8. Establishes and maintains excellent PR to customers.
9. Ensure availment of senior citizen discount at all times
Collaboration: Coordinates with the Filed Sales Head/CSR : - Sales Coverage - Trade Development - Territorial Management
