We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Associate with proven experience preferably in the AEC industry in Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), AI-driven marketing strategies, and cutting-edge conversational AI tools such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Claude. The ideal candidate will leverage these technologiesalongside advanced marketing automation and cutting software solutionsto increase lead generation, optimize campaigns, and drive measurable growth.Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Pipeline Growth
Develop and execute AI-powered marketing campaigns to attract and convert qualified leads.
Utilize tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Claude to craft personalized outreach and engagement strategies.
Implement AEO best practices to streamline client acquisition and retention.
Collaborate with the sales team to design persuasive pitches, proposals, and presentations.
Use AI-driven insights to identify high-value prospects and tailor solutions to client needs.
Track and report on KPIs, conversion rates, and ROI from marketing initiatives.
Deploy AI marketing platforms to optimize ad targeting, content distribution, and customer segmentation.
Integrate cutting-edge software solutions to enhance workflow efficiency and campaign performance.
Continuously evaluate emerging AI tools to maintain a competitive edge in digital marketing.
Conduct competitive analysis using AI-powered research tools.
Identify trends in customer behavior and recommend strategies to capitalize on market opportunities.
Support strategic planning with data-driven insights and predictive analytics.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, with exposure to AEO workflows.
Hands-on expertise with AI marketing platforms and conversational AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude).
Familiarity with cutting-edge software solutions for automation, analytics, and campaign optimization.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in AEC outsourcing or technology-driven industries (a plus).
Knowledge of GHL CRM systems
Ability to design and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, social, digital ads).
