The functions and responsibilities of a Sales Manager are the following:
To achieve group sales quota
To assist and supervise property specialists from prospecting, presenting and closing the account
Submit weekly metrics report required by the company
Create group activities and other activities that would generate sales in achieving group goals
Report directly to Area Sales Director
Submit accurate sales forecasting
Conduct quarterly revalida for the sellers

SALES MANAGERS
Graduate of any 4 year course
Sales Managerial experience of at least 1 year preferably in Real Estate industry
Good interpersonal skills
Can organize, assist and lead a group of Property Specialists
Must be skilled in sales planning and execution
Well versed in digital marketing and must own laptop and has stable internet connection
Has wide range of network
Willing to handle premium projects of Alveo Land located in Vertis North Estate (Trinoma) and Cloverleaf Estate
Willing to be based in Quezon City
Fast learner, can work under pressure and is goal oriented
Available for immediate hiring and with minimum of 3 to a maximum of 5 Property Specialist
Mid-Senior Level / Manager Sales and Marketing Real Estate / Mortgage 5 openings Bachelor's degree graduate
