Position Objective:
To efficiently execute sales strategies set by management, meet sales targets and effectively managing client accounts in accordance with the company's policies, while upholding the company's brand equity and values.
Minimum Requirements:
Must be a licensed Real Estate Broker. At least five (5) years relevant experience with two (2) years in a managerial role. Excellent Understanding of the Real Estate Industry - practices and Laws, the current landscape, negotiation techniques, buyer behaviors and management of personnel.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage, develop, coach and assess strengths and weaknesses of Property Specialists to develop their skill-sets and ensure that professional high-standard is achieved and monthly sales and KPI targets are met.
Meet with clients to discuss their evolving needs and assess the quality of our company's relationship with them.
Provide periodic reports on field sales success and communicate data to superiors.
Maintaining manpower requirements by efficiently recruiting, selecting & orienting new property specialists.
