Job Description:
• This position will expect a fair knowledge of the HR/Payroll In sourced / Outsourced / SaaS market in Philippines.
• The position is expected to have a high level understanding of HR/Payroll requirements.
• Sound knowledge of statutory compliances, government reporting and standard scope of work in the payroll domain
• Understand Competition in Philippines for HR/Payroll services - Outsourced and SaaS Payroll
• Map HR/Payroll demand vs supply in the business districts of the country
• To market and sell Allsec HR Payroll Services
• Provide quantitative analysis of operational and business data to Allsec India
• Maintain business relationships with existing clients of Allsec in Philippines
Job Requirement:
• Preferably with Masters Degree in Business Management / Human Resources Management. Bachelor's degree in Accountancy / IT / Computer Science.
• Preferably with experience in selling BPO Payroll Services in Philippines.
• Tech Savvy / Computer literate with hands-on use of Microsoft Apps / databases.
• With excellent analytical skills and has strong knowledge of HR Processes and Policies
• Excellent communication skills, pleasing personality.
• A go getter, a self starter.
