Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies
Build and maintain strong customer relationships manage the full sales cycle, and achieve targets.
Drive product positioning and market presence.
Analyze data, resolve issues, and stay updated with industry trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for impactful campaigns
Requirements and Qualifications:
3 to 4 years of sales management experience, ideally in the lubricants industry
Strong background in automotive oils and lubricants
Preferably a graduate of a business, marketing, technical, or engineering-related course
Valid Code 2 Driver's License, with at least 2 years of experience driving a car or 4-wheel vehicle
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Willing to travel to assigned locations in the Philippines, preferably closer to their home base
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Articulate, with strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Analytical with problem-solving skills
Ability to work well in a team
Good time-management skills
