Job Description
Setup appointments and find potential clients either by calls or email
Store all leads in a spreadsheet
Upload all leads to Salesforce
Research and target prospects using a variety of sales tools.
Follow-up with potential customers to get them even more excited to talk to a salesperson and avail a service
Provide a heads-up to the Sales Team about a specific customer request
Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing and following up on leads and appointment setting for external sales team
Collaboratively work with the sales, marketing team to develop lead generation strategies to generate lead opportunities with prospective customers
Initiates lead/demand generation strategies that include inbound/outbound sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives
Initiates and participates in new business pitches with sales team and subject matter experts and own follow-through with the lead prospect
Providing consistent, concise, accurate internal and external communications
Working collaboratively in a team environment and independently
Assist in preparing concise, targeted proposals and contracts
Developing and maintaining strong relationships
Working hours
7:00AM-4:00PM Manila Time (should be flexible for the working hours)
Qualifications
Skills needed: Outbound Calling, Customer Service Skills, Computer Skills, Excellent Communication Skills, and Documentation Skills, Good Comprehension, Lead Generation
Nice to have: Digital Marketing
How many calls/emails to make in a day? 110 calls per day
Agent should Setup appointments and find potential clients either by calls or email, they will do sales eventually
Agent will start taking cold leads to start with
Campaign: Outbound B2B; Target Market: AU initially
Working location: Temporary home-based staffing while on lockdown
Ensure workplace of staff, must not have unnecessary noise to hear in the background (such as dog barking, chicken and children playing /crying)
