Job Description:
Sales Planning * Develops and implement a well-defined company marketing and sales strategy that aligns with organizational goals. This includes pricing and customer service policies and advertising programs.
Develops marketing action plans that clearly define objectives, goals, schedules, and assignments to implement and achieve targeted opportunities.
Develop internal KPIs and performance metrics system for the sales team
Coordinate with Project Development Group in developing internal sales policies and strategies in order to create promos for their respective areas
Provide recommendations to construction team in designing room layouts and fittings.
Coordinate the Business Development team in conducting market segmentation research or focus group discussions with buyers and brokers to determine value proposition
Sales Management * Be responsible for overall sales team targets and sales costs·
Manage day-to-day sales activities for the in-house sales and broker relations teams·
Manage sales office operations, cleanliness, and attendance·
Support sales team in closing out client sales
Marketing Supervision· * Plan out and execute external sales and marketing events·
Coordinate with venues or other event managers for budgeting and execution·
Support management in developing the condominium concept, positioning, and marketing materials·
Support Business Development in coordinating with external vendors on campaign execution·
Source materials for giveaways and gifts
Customer Service· * Project a professional and friendly demeanor when dealing with clients·
Attend to clients' needs in a calm and assertive manner
People Handling· * Interview applicants to fill in job vacancies·
Ensure staff has the required competencies to perform their jobs through orientation and training·
Assess performance of staff and motivate them to pursue their individual development plans
Job Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree
Has 10 years working experience in Sales operations and Sales Management
Has excellent communications skills
